Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, oversee the team, and ensure outstanding guest service on every shift. The candidate will work with management to train staff and uphold company standards.

The role requires reliable transportation, ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain it, and the ability to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment. AES emphasizes safety, compliance, and performance across locations.

What will you do?

As a Shift Manager you will ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts.As a Shift Manager you will have full accountability for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present.

Requirements

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.

Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures

Ability to stand for 8-10 hours

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
