Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s in Roseville, MI is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver top-notch guest and team service. You will train staff, ensure policy adherence, and support the General Manager to keep the store safe, clean and efficient.

The role requires 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, basic math skills, and a flexible, energetic approach to a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications
