Job summary

The Wendy’s Company in Rockland, MA is seeking a Shift Manager to drive daily operations, supervise team members, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will uphold food safety standards while coaching staff and solving problems on the floor.

You’ll lead by example, manage shift schedules, train new employees, and ensure a clean, welcoming restaurant environment. The role includes growth opportunities and a commitment to the Wendy’s Way.

Pay Range: $17.90 - $21.48 Hr.

You Must Be Willing And Able To

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
