Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking a Shift Manager in Rock Springs, WY. You will lead frontline teams, ensure hospitality standards, and support store operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a supervisory role in food service, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures
