Starting Rate: $12–$15

Responsibilities and role

Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Shift Managers may also plan for each shift, monitor performance, meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them to run a great shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping their assigned Departments meet goals.
