MRCO is hiring a Shift Manager in Murfreesboro, TN to support the RGM by running great shifts and guiding a team. You will take ownership, solve problems, and provide guidance while prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and hands-on training, with opportunities for career advancement and a competitive benefits package. This position is full-time with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Formación

• Strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform basic business math.
• Ability to stock shelves and coolers.
• Ability to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction.
• Ability to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry trash containers to outside bin.
• Ability to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Must tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during shifts.
