Flynn Arby’s is seeking a Shift Manager to join our outstanding team. This role oversees daily operations, trains staff, and drives service quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a team, manage inventory, and implement strategies to meet sales targets while maintaining high standards. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures.
