Job summary

AES Restaurants in Mequon, Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Manager to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations. The Shift Manager will hold accountability for restaurant tasks when management is absent, emphasizing teamwork and operational goals.

What will you do?

As a Shift Manager you will ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts.

As a Shift Manager you will have full accountability for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present.

Requirements

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
