Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, train and mentor the team, and help control food and labor costs. You’ll work alongside fellow Go-Getters and Rockstars in a fast-paced environment where high standards and efficiency matter.

Eligible to work in the U.S. and meet age and experience requirements, you’ll contribute to delivering great guest experiences while upholding Jimmy John's standards and culture.

Qualifications

Calling all Go-Getters.

As an Shift Manager, you help with day-to-day restaurant operations. Training and working alongside your team, you will also help manage food and labor costs. In other words: mama approved.
