Job summary

McDonald’s is looking for a Shift Manager to lead daily operations in our restaurant. You will manage crew schedules, ensure outstanding guest service, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards while driving profitability and performance.

You will coach and empower team members, promote training, and respond quickly to issues in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes teamwork and high service quality.
