Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Shift Leader to run shifts at our Popeyes location in Martinsburg, WV. You will manage the floor, drive-thru, and crew, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Training includes opening/closing certifications and learning the Popeyes flow.

We offer promotion opportunities to Senior Shift Manager and above, with a six-week paid certification program and a path to higher roles. Your leadership will champion fast, friendly service and quality product daily.

Summary

Run shifts at our busy Spring Mills Popeyes with a drive thru. When you are on, you are the person in charge.

The Pay:

$16.75 an hour for every hour you work, plus an extra $1.00 an hour for every hour the schedule names you as the manager in charge. You also share in a performance bonus paid every period on labor, food cost, guest satisfaction and drive-thru times.

The Schedule:

Full-time, 32 to 40 hours a week across five days, with one weekend day off. We open at 10:00am and close at 11:00pm. You will be certified on both opening and closing shifts, and the posted schedule tells you which you are working - you will always know a week ahead.

The Job:

Who We are Looking For.

Someone who has run shifts before — restaurant, retail, warehouse, anywhere people and time had to be managed at once. You do not need fryer experience or Popeyes experience. We will teach you the product and flow.

Training & Promotion

• A written six-week certification with paid shadow shifts. You will not be thrown in.


• Promotion opportunities to Senior Shift Manager or higher.


• If you go for a higher role and it does not work out, you return to your current role at your current rate. Nobody here loses their job for trying.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads team by example in greeting guests, packaging orders, maintaining clean areas and all health and safety standards


• Trains, coaches and motivates team to provide excellent guest experiences


• Forecasts product usage


• Ensures product quality by monitoring temperatures and product on hand


• Reviews restaurant goals and results to identify successes and areas for improvement


• Help organize inventory and storage


• Works with Assistant Manager and General Manager to meet store goals and brand standards


• Manages cash control for start and end of shifts


• Is prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts


• Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the hospitable culture of Popeyes

Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
