Job summary

Jimmy Fresh in Missouri is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee in-store operations alongside the First Assistant & General Manager. You will ensure the store is in excellent order and that staff perform duties efficiently while maintaining 100% integrity.

As a Shift Manager, you will supervise shift tasks, slice meat, bake bread, and prepare house-made salads, with opportunities to advance to higher managerial roles through demonstrated leadership and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 35-40 hours per week.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Basic computer skills for Word, Excel, Outlook, and Acrobat.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress store environments.
• Organize tasks and prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Willing to train into a supervisory role.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store.
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees.
• Well positioned to move up into higher Managerial positions.
• Willing to train into the position.
