Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and supervise on a shift-by-shift basis. You will coach team members to maintain efficiency and deliver legendary experiences to guests in a fast-paced, sports-focused environment.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, certified in food handling, with a high school diploma and preferably two years of restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience. Join us and help write the next chapter of our story.

As Shift Manager, you will assist the General Manager in daily operations. You will be responsible for supervising the operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the General Manager in coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping create legendary experiences for guests.

You know the playing field. You are minimum 18 years of age and are certified in state, county, or local food handling requirements. You also have your high school diploma or similar. Preferably, you have at least two years of restaurant, quick service restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience.
