Job summary

The Wendy’s Company is seeking a Shift Manager in Lake Wales, FL. You will lead a fast-paced restaurant team, uphold brand standards, and ensure safe, high‑quality service for every guest.

You will foster a positive work environment, train teammates, and respond quickly to customer needs while maintaining efficient operations and a welcoming dining experience.

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Commitment to food safety, quality standards, and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shift operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient service.
• Coach and develop team members, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Enforce brand standards, food safety procedures, and shop cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with store management and support training and scheduling as needed.

• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
