Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager at a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. The Shift Manager delivers quality service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards, while supporting and learning management duties from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

You will coach crew, supervise daily operations, ensure safety and sanitation, and help resolve customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
