Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team in coaching staff to perform tasks effectively.

You will need strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills. This role offers weekly pay, flexible schedules, discounts, and opportunities for growth at Dunkin’ locations in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
