Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald's standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth transition.
• Monitor the performance of assigned departments to reach targets.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, maintenance, cleanliness, crew scheduling, training, customer service, safety, and security.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.

• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate-owned restaurant.
