Job summary

Goat Restaurant Group is hiring a proactive Shift Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations and uphold top-quality service in Huntingburg, Indiana. You’ll supervise the team during shifts, train staff, manage cash and admin tasks, and address guest questions with a focus on efficiency and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in fast-paced settings, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while guiding the team
