Arby's is hiring a Shift Manager to help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis and support the management team in ensuring smooth shift operations. You will guide team members through performance and training initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service to keep guests coming back.

Qualified candidates have at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience, strong customer service skills, are at least 18 years old, and eligible to work in the U.S.
