Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic math, accounting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and work alongside team members.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping for 80% of shift.
