Job summary

Flynn Arby’s in Garden City, KS is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and help grow our fast-paced restaurant. You will supervise staff, uphold brand standards, and coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth service and profitability.

The role requires 2+ years in a supervisory food/hospitality environment, strong communication, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in Food/Hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service and cleanliness.
• Train and develop team members to ensure consistent, exceptional service.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards.
• Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and management to improve processes.
