Starting at $15-$17 an hour
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience on each visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness for customers, and must have flexible availability to meet the needs of the restaurant.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift. Shift Managers are also responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for completing delegated tasks to help the restaurant meet its goals.
Previous leadership experience is required, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible availability who enjoy working in the famously fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
