Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager for the Flint location. You’ll lead crew scheduling and guest experiences, while mentoring team members to deliver high-quality service.

You’ll supervise food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards to ensure a outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also drive safety, inventory control, and profitability, and promote ongoing training and development for staff at all levels.
