Job summary

Arby's, Inc. in Fillmore, Utah, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will help lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure food safety and quality during your shift.

You will supervise up to 15 employees, participate in training, and contribute to inventory management and cash handling to drive efficiency and compliance across the operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in foodservice is preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification a plus; training may be provided to get certified.
• Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and ensure smooth operation of each shift.
• Oversee service, food safety, and cost controls during shifts.
• Supervise a shift of up to 15 employees and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Job description

Our Shift Managers are in the meat pit, operating our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help support the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. If that weren’t cool enough, you’ll also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more.
