Job summary

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic Shift Manager in Minnesota to delegate tasks, train coworkers, and ensure exceptional customer service daily. You will resolve issues, support merchandising, and help the team meet goals while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including customer service and money handling.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours per day.

Job description

Location: Kwik Trip 424
Pay Range: $15.90to$22.26
Shift: Variable

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Our Shift Managers delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot register or transaction issues, set the example for excellent customer service, ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals, assist with merchandising, and most importantly ensure that the highest quality of customer service is being met on a daily basis
