McDonald’s is hiring Shift Managers in Deer Lodge, MT. This role leads every shift to deliver quality, service, and cleanliness while building a strong team and driving profitability. You’ll train and develop staff, manage inventory and safety, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

The position offers a path to real career advancement and a chance to lead in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $16.50/hour after training with opportunities to earn $20+/hour.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred (restaurant, retail, hospitality).
