Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers plan shifts, monitor performance, take action to meet standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for success. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and supporting department goals.
