Requirements

Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform various tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transitions. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments achieve their goals.
