Dairy Queen is seeking a Shift Manager for a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. The role centers on delivering quality guest experiences and ensuring food is prepared to standard while supervising team members on shift.

You will learn and assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager, with growth opportunities within a large Dairy Queen franchise network. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong customer service ethics.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following company standards.
• Enhance each customer’s visit by delivering consistency and speed.
