Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality service, cleanliness, and adherence to McDonald’s standards.

Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, addressing team goals, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth shift transitions. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned departments meet their goals.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
