Job summary

Jimmy John’s is seeking a Shift Lead to provide world-class customer service, ensuring fast and accurate sandwich preparation while maintaining sanitation standards. You will open and close shifts, greet customers, take orders, operate the register, and handle payments with accuracy.

We slice meats and veggies in-house daily, bake our bread on-site, and prepare fresh tuna salad. Deliveries are made within a 5-mile radius, ensuring fresh, high-quality meals every day.

Responsibilities

• Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches.
• Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, systems and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station and restrooms.
• Delivers orders to guests within a 5 mile radius of the store.
• Greets customers, takes orders, operates the cash register, collects payments and makes change.
• Executes greetings and farewells, takes telephone orders and completes delivery tickets.
• Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity.
• Maintains professional appearance and dress code.
• Performs other related duties as required, opens and closes shifts.
