Job summary

The Wendy's Company is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring hospitality, food safety, and quality guest experiences. You will manage shifts, train team members, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation includes a pay range of $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, full-time benefits, and growth opportunities within our restaurants. You must be able to stand, use grill and register, and travel to other locations for training as needed.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Hr.

You Must Be Willing And Able To

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
