Flynn Arby’s in Arkansas is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure quality standards during busy shifts.

The role requires supervisory experience in Food/Hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to train staff, manage inventory, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with at least 30 hours per week.

• Oversee execution of operational tasks including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
