Job summary

A well-known quick-service restaurant chain is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of management experience in a restaurant or retail setting and is passionate about leading teams to success. You will help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis as a Shift Manager. You will help the management team, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep customers coming back for more. To qualify for this Shift Manager, the-road-to-success-is-paved-with-meats job you:

• Have at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
