Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team.

You will coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively and deliver legendary guest experiences, while maintaining high standards of service and safety. Prefer 2 years of restaurant or bar experience; must meet legal age to serve alcohol where required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience preferred.
• Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (where required).
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Shift Manager, you will supervise the operation of our restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• You will assist the management team by providing support and coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively.

YOU GOT THIS
