Job summary

Club Car Wash is currently seeking a Crew Leader to motivate and supervise a fast-paced team in a busy car wash environment. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure top-quality service while upholding company standards.

The role emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and safety, with on-site training and opportunities for advancement. Strong communication and reliability are essential to succeed here.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be a team player.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
