Coborn’s, Inc. is hiring a Shift Manager to lead store operations in the absence of senior leadership. The position includes receiving merchandise, merchandising, stocking, displays, guest assistance, and ensuring smooth shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures, prepare product for floor merchandising, and efficiently break down deliveries.
• Stock shelves, build displays, greet guests on the sales floor, and assist them in finding items.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts.

Overview

We’re hiring for a Shift Manager to join our team!

The Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership coverage and managing store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. Duties include receiving merchandise according to company policies and procedures, preparing product to go out to the floor for merchandising, efficiently breaking down deliveries, stocking shelves, building displays, greeting guests on the sales floor, and assisting them with finding items.

This role also provides guidance and direction to team members throughout the store to ensure smooth operation throughout their shift.
