Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking a Shift Lead to join our team in Ada, OK. This role focuses on providing world-class customer service while executing fast and accurate sandwiches and maintaining sanitation standards.

You will greet customers, take orders, operate the register, and ensure all procedures are followed with integrity. Opening/closing shifts and delivering orders within a 5-mile radius are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Provides world-class customer service and accurate sandwich preparation.
• Maintains sanitation standards and follows portion sizes, recipes, systems and procedures.
• Operates cash register, greets customers and processes orders.
• Completes delivery tickets and ensures 100% accuracy and integrity of procedures.

Responsibilities

• Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches and passes required tests.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including restrooms and dining areas.
• Delivers orders to guests within a defined radius and handles calls and deliveries.
• Open and close shifts and uphold dress code and professional appearance.
