Jack’s is seeking energetic leaders to manage shifts, train crew, and deliver friendly, high-energy service. You’ll partner with the GM to hit daily goals and help run a million-dollar operation with enthusiasm.

Starting pay up to 880 per week based on experience, plus monthly bonuses, paid training, growth from within, medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, and employee discounts on electronics, movie tickets, and more.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Willing to work up to 50 hours per week.
• Customer-focused, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and work alongside crew members.
• Provide smiling, friendly service to guests.
• Partner with your GM to lead the team and meet daily goals.
• Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards.
• Train, coach, and develop successful team members.
• Prepare delicious southern foods (e.g., chicken).
• Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued.
