Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring immediately in Wichita for team members who are passionate about health and guest service. You will blend smoothies, greet guests, and assist in daily store tasks while upholding our culture and mission. Prior fast-food experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and reliability matter most.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a guest-first attitude.
• Minimum age 16 or older to apply; team captain role may require additional qualifications.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious smoothies and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Preps fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties and store checks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shift.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply. Please note that while this is the minimum age requirement for employment, the Team Captain role may require additional qualifications and experience beyond age.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
