Smoothie King is hiring a Shift Leader / Team Captain to serve as an ambassador for the brand and guide guests toward healthy choices. You will support team members, handle store duties, and help meet fitness and nutrition goals for guests.

The role emphasizes brand values, duty to the team, and a proactive approach to customer service, with opportunities to grow within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a "guest comes first" attitude.
• Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.

• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.

• Shows up on time and ready to work.

• Assists in Team Member management throughout shift.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

We are looking for purpose-driven Shift Leader / Team Captain to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Shift Leader / Team Captain you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, but also provide guidance to Team Members when General Managers are not in the store. The successful Shift Leader / Team Captain will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.
