Job summary

Domino's Pizza in New Jersey is hiring immediately for Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) to join their team. This is a role that blends leadership with hands-on store operations on busy shifts.

As an assistant manager you will oversee a team, ensure quality customer service, and manage day-to-day store performance. You will supervise 3–30 staff, handle cash, and maintain cleanliness and branding standards across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Judgement and math skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and supervise during shift.
• Willingness to lead and set an example for the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products following recipes and procedures.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from customer sightlines to back of house.
• Maintain a professional appearance in line with Grooming Standards.
