Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Meridian, Idaho location (07326). You will lead a shift, supervise 3–30 team members, and ensure store operations run smoothly while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee cost, inventory, cash control and staff performance, set the tone, and demonstrate the grooming and professional standards expected. This is a leadership role for a reliable, energetic team player ready to move up.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during shifts (3–30 staff).
• Reliable vehicle with insurance and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive role model with motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3–30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations during shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments.
• Make products accurately per recipes and portions.
• Deliver products safely to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and grooming standards.
