Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate store operations in the General Manager's absence.
• Ensure customers are welcomed and staff are courteous and service-oriented.
• Maintain food quality, portioning, image, and service to brand standards.
• Assist in opening, closing, and prep lists as needed.
• Lead hands-on in food prep, service, and delivery coordination.
• Support sales, service, quality, cleanliness, and labor cost objectives through training.
• Adhere to cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Fill in as needed to maintain customer service and efficient operations.
• Monitor product deliveries and quantities to ensure accurate stock and condition.
