Job summary

Bojangles RoBo LLC is seeking a Shift Manager for Store 1028 (Peters Creek) in Hollins, VA. This full-time position offers $15.50–$17.00 per hour and leads a team to deliver Real Deal Southern flavor with high standards of service.

Responsibilities include supervising opening/closing shifts, maintaining hygiene and speed, and mentoring Team Members. ServSafe certification is required or must be completed within six months.

Qualifications

• Experience running shifts in the restaurant industry.
• Must pass required training classes and attend all workshops.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must pass Field Exam with 90% or better.
• Must be able to open and/or close shifts without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintains highest personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times.
• Can manage opening/transition/closing shifts without supervision.
• Maintains holding times, service speed and quality, raw and finished product quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Supervises preparation and positioning of people, equipment, and products for each shift.
• Supervises delivery of raw product.
• Can perform all Team Members functions.
• Increasing sales and store productivity.
• Follows up on procedures that support market promotions.
