Responsibilities

• Schedule and deploy the Team correctly; monitor performance and accountability for standards.
• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly experiences.
• Drive profit by understanding the P&L and making appropriate financial adjustments.
• Coach and develop Team Members; handle customer issues professionally.
• Maintain health and safety standards and comply with local, state, and federal laws.
