HAZA Foods in Erie, PA is seeking a Shift Manager to guide a team and deliver great service in a fast-paced restaurant. You will model a customer-first attitude, lead daily operations, and help drive sales while maintaining safety standards.

You should be 18+, have a High School Diploma or GED, and be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification. The role offers flexible schedules, benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Willing to stand/move for most or all of the shift; able to travel to other locations for training.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most or all of your shift; use restaurant equipment as needed.
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food and maintain a clean restaurant.
