Job summary

Domino's is seeking an Assistant Manager in Jonesboro, GA to supervise shifts, control costs, and ensure excellent customer service. You will manage a staff of 3 to 30, handle operations, and support the path to store management through training and hands-on leadership.

The role requires leading by example, strong communication, and the ability to maintain standards, while upholding Domino’s grooming and service guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 3–30 people during shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record and able to pass MVR check.
• 18+ years old and available for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3–30 employees during your shift.
• Be responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments.
• Make fast, accurate products following recipes and portions.
• Deliver products by vehicle to customers safely.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back.
• Maintain grooming standards per Domino’s guidelines.
