Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

As a Shift Lead, you will embrace a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and our people are the recipe for success. You will:

Shift Lead Qualifications: Education and Experience

  • Some high school education
  • Preference for some operations experience

Food Safety:

Local/municipal requirements such as Food Handler certification are acquired at the applicant's own expense.

ADA Statement:

Employees must work in hot environments with steam and vapors, remain standing for long periods, and handle hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters at 36 inches is required. Workspaces are hot and noisy, with limited storage and high shelving. Employees must adapt to a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and manage conflicts and changing priorities.
