Shift Leaders are responsible for preparing and serving up our delicious, all-natural, energizing smoothies, and for consulting and assisting customers in choosing the right vitamins and nutritional supplements to help them reach their health and fitness goals. They ensure the shift runs smoothly and guest satisfaction while following store policy.

Responsibilities

• Making custom-blended smoothies the “Smoothie King Way”
• Friendly upsell of our nutritional supplements and vitamins
• Maintain health and food safety standards
• Providing guests with information regarding our products
• Daily work is driven by opening and closing checklists that include cleaning, prepping, and organizing for future shifts
• Cash handling
• Delegating to other team members
• Providing the best TOTAL experience to our guests

Qualifications

• Ability to tolerate exposure to a wide variety of fresh, dried and/or frozen products, and powdered substances without posing a direct threat to personal health and safety
